EmbraceAI Global (“we”, “us”) provides AI consulting, training and courses, keynotes, custom AI systems, and fractional CTO services to clients worldwide. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through embraceai.global, how we use and protect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. We are committed to handling your information responsibly and in line with international data-protection standards, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, and the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information we need to respond to you, deliver our services, and operate our website.

• Contact form submissions. When you reach out through the contact form on our website, we collect your name, email address, role, company, and the content of your message. The form is delivered to us through Google Forms.
• Call and meeting bookings. When you schedule a call with us, we collect the details you provide through Google Appointment Scheduling, such as your name, email address, and any notes you add when booking.
• Course registrations. When you sign up for one of our courses, we may collect your name and email address to confirm your place and communicate with you about the course.
• Website usage data. When you visit our website, we automatically receive standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device and operating system, referring pages, and the pages you view. This includes server logs kept by our web host and analytics data described below.

We do not intentionally collect special categories of sensitive personal data, and we ask that you do not include such information in messages you send us.

How We Use Your Information

We use the personal data we collect to:

• respond to your enquiries and communicate with you about your request;
• schedule and conduct calls, meetings, and consultations;

• Business transfers. If our business is involved in a merger, acquisition, or similar transaction, personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

We serve clients worldwide, and our service providers may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States and within the European Economic Area. Where personal data is transferred out of the EEA, the UK, or another region with data-transfer restrictions, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and recognized adequacy decisions. Contact and booking information is retained for as long as necessary to respond to and manage your enquiry or engagement; course registration data is kept for the duration of the course and a reasonable period afterward. Analytics data is retained in accordance with the retention settings configured in Google Analytics. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Data Security

These include encryption of data in transit, access controls, and reliance on reputable providers who maintain their own security standards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
